I usually have emotional connection with the gifts that I received
from people. I take them as a symbol of their affection. So when I got
married an moved across the oceans, there were a couple of things I
carried along. A walnut wood ornament box by my grand-mother, and a pair
of silver anklets I received from my grandfather when I turned an year
old. It was my birthday present. I have kept the pair with me for a long
time, but the fact is they are meant to be for one year old babies.
Anyways, right now I am going to clean it up, and these are the things you would need.
Lets start!
Wet your silver a little in water
Take some toothpaste on a brush, just the way you do when you start to brush your teeth.
Now pick up your silver and brush it the same way. Be slow and detailed. Reach out to the little corners.
Dip the silver back in water and wash it.
Dry it up thoroughly with a paper towel.
Voila!
BTW, I am also looking for great DIY ideas for these anklets. So please share your ideas, and if one of your ideas get selected, which surely would happen, there is also a secret Giveaway!!! So send me your ideas now. It can be from any social media or your own.
