I choose the most convenient and easy to do cooking when I am camping. Also, we tend to eat a lot (read constantly) when we are out, hence making light meal helps. I chose to cook the quick and easy fish this time. Here is how to make this delicious barbecue tilapia and shrimps:
- Take 4 Tilapia fillets in one bowl and half a pound of shrimp in another
- Add Salt, Pepper, Harissa (we got them from Istanbul, you can also use paprika/cayenne pepper), Dried Thyme and some olive oil
- Marinate for about an hour.
- Put them on skewers
- Grill and serve with lime
