I think its very important to invest in a good pair of glasses if you either need to wear one or like to wear one. I however, wear glasses on days when I feel lazy or just out of time. Obviously in either cases, applying make is also less elaborate than other times. I just use a pencil shadow a light pencil liner, merge that and mascara. I don't really feel the need to make the eyes super loud just because I am wearing glasses. I keep things simple and more skin than colors. But of course its always a good idea to define eyes a bit, considering they will be behind the glasses.
Once I applied foundation I start my makeup. I don't do a very thick layer though as I don't want the glasses to be slipping off the bridge of my nose constantly. Then I used a shadow pencil by Marc Jacobs 3 Shakes on my upper & low lid.
Then I dotted my upper lid with UD 24/7 in Perversion and later merged with a brush. Then finished with Mascara.
Then dusted a little bronzer just under my cheek and then a NARS Senortia on my lips.
