Spray Painted Nails

I happened to tumble across an old toothbrush, and then then wonder why not spray paint my nails just like we did in school. The messy messy chapter of spray painting. My mom hated it as I would arrive in colors and I would equally love it. So here's how to do this easy-peasy nail art..

1. I applied Harmonics by Formula X

2. Picked up an old brush, dipped it in the varnish and just spray on.

3. Clean the area around the nail with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover.

3. Finish with a top coat.

4. Most importantly, remember to have fun!

Beauty Monday : Heart On My Nails

At the risk of sounding extremely cliched, Let me tell you that heart is the first thing that comes to our mind, when we say Valentine's Day. Pink Heart, Red Heart, Heart shaped balloons, Heart shaped cookies, candies, all sweet things...Just like love!

So just to begin the process, I started with a base coat with Sally Hansen's Double Duty and then applied 2 coats of L'oreal Eva's Nude in 610.

/Now place 2 drops of Revlon Perfumerie China Flower next to each other and immediately grab a cuticle stick and roughly start pushing the liquid around to form a heart/

/Once you have the heart on your nail, you can either leave it just the way it is or/

/Use a Manicure Pen like Sally Hansen Manicure Pen to draw a rough definition around the heart to give it more animated look/

Nailart Tutorial : Strawberry & Cream Nails

I start my day with oats, and while I was putting my spoonfuls in my mouth, I realized that I have been getting the assorted Fruit and Cream Quaker Oats for so long that a little credit is due now. So here it is, one of my favorites in the collection - Strawberry and Cream!

Apart from that I needed tape from a tape dispenser, considering I will be able to use only one hand at a time. This one is from Target and available in store only.

I started with the shade that would be my cream

Then covered the nails with tape leaving a little tip for strawberry

And painted a messy tip.

Removed the tapes, finished with top coat and there it goes!

If you like it then I would love to know. So, please do leave behind your comment, suggestion, insights, love notes... I am listening.

White-on-White Nail Art Tutorial

I already had this color on, which is the Revlon Perfumerie's Fresh Linen. Not being in the mood for anything particularly bold, I decided to give it a little, spin by adding something even more whiter than that. And in the end it looked pretty.
